A: Absolutely, we will take residents of Socorro or Catron county to wherever their appointment demands. Most of our clients go to Socorro, Belen, Los Lunas or Albuquerque but we’ve taken clients to Santa Fe, Carlsbad, Las Cruces and elsewhere.
A: Your assigned driver should call you between 4pm and 6pm the night before your transportation to confirm your ride and to discuss any details regarding directions, pickup time or any special needs.
A: Typically you shouldn’t have to wait at all, our drivers usually wait at the facility for their client. In some cases, particularly long appointments with no fixed end time, we request the client calls when they’re ready. In those cases we still hope to have a driver there already but it may take up to 30 minutes for them to get there if they’ve been called away.
A: In general no, we’re only authorized to take clients to their appointments. We can make pharmacy stops which should be coordinated with your insurance before hand.
A: Yes, we have a number of clients we take to clinics at 5am or earlier so they can be back to Socorro early. Contact our office if you have specific scheduling questions.
